At DSAGYAN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are provided for our training plans.

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all our plans (Basic, Pro, Premium). If you are not satisfied with the course content, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date.

2. Refund Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• Refund request must be made within 7 days of purchase.
• The user must not have completed more than 20% of the course content.
• The account must not be terminated due to violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Proof of purchase (transaction ID) must be provided.
• The request must be made from the registered email address.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

• Request made after 7 days of purchase
• More than 20% of course content has been consumed
• Account terminated due to Terms violation
• Shared or misused login credentials
• Change of mind after course completion
• Partial refunds for unused time (since plans are one-time lifetime purchases)

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

• Send an email to info@dsagyan.com with subject "Refund Request"
• Include your registered email, transaction ID, and reason for refund
• Our team will acknowledge your request within 24-48 hours
• Refund will be processed after verification

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 working days. The exact time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Cancellation Policy

Since our plans are one-time purchases for lifetime access, there is no recurring subscription to cancel. If you wish to discontinue using our services, you may simply stop using the platform or request account deletion by contacting us.

7. Chargeback & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, your account may be permanently suspended. We encourage you to contact us directly so we can resolve the issue amicably.

8. Failed Transactions

If your payment fails but money is deducted from your account, it will be automatically refunded by the payment gateway (Razorpay) within 5-7 working days. No action is needed from your side.

9. Modifications

DSAGYAN reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
